Privacy

When you send the booking form or the boiler survey form on this site, we receive the name, phone number, postcode and any other details you type in. We use them only to arrange the work you asked about, and we never sell them or pass them to anyone for marketing.

Those forms are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, our form provider. They process each submission on our behalf, purely to pass it on to us, and the email itself is held by Zoho Mail, who host our mailbox.

Our home and contact pages embed a map from Google. It loads when the page does, and Google may set its own cookies in your browser at that point. Nothing else on this site sets cookies, and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, emailinfo@okplumbing.co.uk or call020 8811 2551.

We do not publish a trading address — our engineers work at customer premises rather than from a public office. If you would rather write to us, ask by email or phone and we will give you a postal address for correspondence.
